Yes you are right Isaac, it was a pretty harsh comment, but there was so much gap between her and Erin (a girl who has just come back from a knee) that it was like watching a div 3 girl getting a run in div 1. Both ends of the floor, she was lacking. No intensity, no leadership, no defence and tonight, no offence either. Can get some numbers at the ABL level, but not consistent enough as a starter in WNBL. - IMO

I think eveybody is forgetting that one game doesn't make a season for a player or team. Plenty of top sides/players can have a bad day out.
What's done is done so how about removing undue pressure off of angela and the team and let them play out the season as a team with the goal of the premiership.

It's a shame for all basketball loving people that as long as you have enough money you can buy your daugther a team to play in close to home, even if she is good enough to play in other teams inter state.

Watched the game on Friday night. How did the Lightning lose? Looked like poor coaching. Even the commentators stated that Marino "was out of control" at times. NO defence and poor stats. When it came down to the crunch in the last quarter (and the game was still there to be won) Sam Woosnam and Jess Foley were on the bench (and this was also noted by the commentators). Did Vicki think that the 'princess' was going to win the game or is she under instructions from "daddy". These are the same circumstances (although they had only lost one game then) which saw Chris Lucas 'back stabbed' - will "daddy" now look for another coach or does the 'princess' like this one.
