Bendigo shouldn't be easybeats this season. Looked good with Kristi Harrower out there, but will not have her for the season, but they do have a few others to come back into the team.

The Lightning didnt look like they had gelled yet, but their sheer talent shone through. Camino will be a gun and will make a devastating combo with Erin when she's healthy. Nicole Romeo has done nothing to hurt her chances of seeing court time, played well all weekend.

Bulleen struggled, Bendigo hammered them by 20 (could easily have been 40). Have two to come back in, but need a lot of improvement.

Just from seeing that weekend, looks like there will be some decent bigs in the league. Looking forward to it.
