I was just reading things about how to inprove your vertical jump and i found jumpsoles. I was just wondering if anyone had tried them and if so did they work.

they do work! but its a hard training regime..but worth it!

You either are born to jump or not.. its not like a boob job here where you can buy instant results. Jumpsoles will teach you to use different muscles to increase your jump a little but you wont be Vince Carter..

I have heard from people that do all these exercises, that they do work, but unfortunately at the cost of ruining their knees. I would be very careful not to overtrain and try to train with minimal impact to the knees.

i ordered a pair today and yo i hope it works but i hope it aint a gimmick like you can only dunk with the jumpsoles ON
Yeah well come back in a few weeks and tell us how things are going with them.
