Help with buying a quality ball

What sort of ball do they use in ABA/NBL? Where is the best (cheapest) place to buy them?

Thanks in advance

They use a Molten basketball, you can buy them at A Mart, Sportspower etc...

Do a search on here, has been asked a few times..

Personally I don't think you can go past the Spalding Top Flite 1000..
Prob set you back 100 bucks, but great ball..

Stick with the Molten there is nothing worse than practicing with one ball then having to play with and get used to a different ball... Practice with what everyone is using you will find it much easier when you have to play with the Molten!!
But i agree the Top Flite is way better!!!

the molten ball used in the ABA is alot better than the one used at NBL, the ABA ball will set you back about $70 - $80 the NBL $170ish.. take your pick

when you walk out of the shop the aba ball seems much better than the nbl ball which seems like a bit fo cheap plastic crap. But the nbl ball with good use lasts alot longer and is a better ball in the long run.

For the price though, aba ball is better way to go, especially considering youll most likely end up playing with them in most local, rep and abl comps
