junior / senior transition observation

this is not a knock post - just an observation.

in seniors - some clubs are deep with teams and others nothing - when you consider the amount of junior teams they have.

ie north usually have 5-6 womens teams accross the 5 grades - yet sturt only have abl, reserves and div 3 women.

forestville have no div 5 women.

woodville have a team in all womens' grades - yet have lower junior numbers.

where do all the juniors go ?

just an observation.

at what age should juniors be playing seniors?

surely clubs should be more proactive in keeping their senior ranks fully stocked ?
