No agent = continuing college eligibility (should he pull out by the cut-off)... In all likelihood he wont cut it this year, so as he says - it's just a familiarization exercise...

yeah i'm aware of the agent thing, was just suggesting that he seems to think it not real likely he get picked up.

Good decision. He plays with 3 other shoot first guards at Baylor and doesn't always get to show his total game, just bits here and there. So doing some workouts should show what he can really and get his name out there some more.

Surely he isn't good enough for the NBA??? Wasn't impressed with his game at the World Champs. But if he gets in, it can only be good for Australian Basketball.

Very weak draft in terms of point guards. Getting his name in there with some good workouts cant hurt.

Wasn't impressed with him at World's either to be frank and honest. Where is Australia's 6'4 - 6'7 athletic guard in the mold of a Wade, Jordan, Bryant. We keep rolling out these Nash wannabee's like Kendall, Bruce etc.. limited shelf life. What do we have to do genetically engineer one!! Instead we get a little excited about an average import that is on the cusp of getting naturalised every so often. Why can't we produce one, who is paying the AIS to talent scount for this type of talent!! Another waste of tax payers money. Can't they just one year offer every potential tall point guard the spots at the AIS and get them on the roids.
