Go to another team where the quotas are not filled. Or, go to a team that is not as strong and see if you can improve the side and make the competition a bit more even.

Find themselves a man and do what they where put on this earth to do.
When was the last time that a reserve team was full?
#847, in 1849! Maybe some of the older warhorses need to be put out to pasture and a look towards the future taken.
I'd like to see some promising older junior players(if you follow me) go to Woodville and other struggling clubs at senior level to kick the standard up.
Too many easy games in senior women.

anon your a tool if rosters are full like the thread states, there will be 12 spots there next season. shouldn't people consider it if they are not going to get an oppurtunity at their current club.
Scanning items through the checkout at Kmart with a blank look on their face all the while dreaming of what could have been!
Sturty, very funny apart from the fact that booga beat you to it by a few days!
If they are good enough, the oppurtunity will present itself. If they are not, there is U21s, or div 3 women.
U18s just don't get into ABA or reserves unless they are good enough. These juniors (or their parents!!!) need a dose of reality.

I think a huge number of U18 girls could fill spots in the weaker clubs ABA lists and should!
