Reserves rules with Bye in play

Just wondering if there is a rule adjustment to the player eligilibity for reserves with the unprecendented bye in the women's competition?

Are the teams with the bye allowed to play a full ABA side against a handicapped side that has to play without starters?
or
Do the reserve rules carry over from the last ABA game played for the team with the bye?

I think the logical rule would be the team with the bye is not allowed to play starters from their last ABA game thus keeping the reserves competition as a true reserves standard

The rule is that afer each ABA game a starter is not allowed to play the following reserves game.

So yes they can play a full team. Same as after long weekends and weekends where teams dont play.

"afer each ABA game a starter is not allowed to play the following reserves game."

Surely that means that if you have a bye in reserves that the starters are still not allowed to play in the next game, or does the bye count as a game?

If you have the bye, you cannot play the following game after your last game.

The player has sat out 1 reserves game from the week before, so is able to play the second reserves game.
