NBA Crowds

I know that the stadiums in the NBA are huge and hold around 20,000 but does anyone know what size crowds NBA games tend to draw?

about 20 - 22,000 most stadiums

I know when schenscher palyed for yellow jackets they had around 44,000 - but can't recall what stadium they used.

I seem to recall maddison sq gardens holds 33-35,000

all you need to do is go to NBA.com and look at box scores and the crowd is in the top RHS

wnba varies from 4,000 - 15,000

I remember Kareem talking about playing in front of 100,000 people in a college final. Could have been Astrodome, but a football stadium down south somewhere.

The Staples Center has a capacity of:

19,60 for the Clippers

and...

18,997 for the Lakers

i thought that it would be the same capacity!

123abc: I guess it depends on how they configure the corporate boxes, score benches, etc?

In 1968, No. 1 UCLA played No. 2 University of Houston before a crowd of 52,963 - the largest attendance ever for a basketball game.

I think this would be the game. I was half right. Memmory, not what it used to be!!

What happens with staples centre anyway? does that mean they have to pull up all the paint/stickers on the floor of each team every time there is a home game??
