This is a slightly different topic but while we're on the subject of uniforms, what the hell. It pissed me off how teams change their uniform nearly every year. What's the need? Are they hoping that fans will keep buying new ones because they want to have the latest one? Maybe so but I thought it would cost the club money because they have to get new ones made every year and throw out the old ones. I also don't understand the need for alternate singlets, isn't one singlet for home games and one singlet for away games enough?
I hate it when teams totally change the colour eg. Wizards in gold, Atlanta in yellow and the Bucks in green. The same thing has happened in the NBL with the Bullets who have gone from their decent blue uniform to black and grey and the Taipans who have gone from their traditional black to bright orange... YUCK! But one the positive note I really like Bostons, Chicagos, Golden States, LA (Lakers) and Orlando's uniforms. Detroit's regular uniforms are good but their alternate red one has to go.
