Notwithstanding their current non-policy they're more likely to schedule more games!

Hot Weather Policy or lack of clear guidelines seem to rear it's head every couple of weeks during summer season - I believe that BSA should be seriously considering industrial fans for all stadiums - understand that they are the only ones that can put them in as they "own stadiums" or "leases". The heat will obviously be taken off BSA and its Hot Weather Policy if they pledged to do something about the stadiums venitlation systems (lack of)- Air conditioning of course would be better although fans as well would be fantastic - The issue with the current Policy is there is no clear temperature cut off eg 38-40 degrees C to cancel/postpone games and there should be. If they installed the fans/airconditioning it would be a non-issue.

It would be very hard to install fans or airconditioning in most stadiums in sa due to the crap state they are in.

If they are not going to build new stadiums they need to put in air-con - no matter how crap the stadiums are - coz anything is an improvement on nothing even in a tin shed

There are provisions to cancel games in case of extreme heat. However BSA do encourage referees, coaches and team managers to be viligent in ensuring players get adequate breaks and fluid intake during games.
