Junior Finals Rules??

For this upcoming junior summer season finals.
In an instance when a two teams are tied by points.

Is it a head to head system or percentage that decides who goes ahead in finals?

I think its head to head. Is this correct?

i hear when coaches have holes in their shirts under their armpits there get automatically disqualified from the finals so hurts you i guess
