Erin

Does anyone that was there tonight have any doubt at all about Erin Phillips staying at Adelaide?
The genuine love of the side and enthusiasm just shines through. In the warm up moving around the key... her constant support from the bench... and her encouragement at time outs....
And for those that doubt her team mates affection for her... every player went to her after the game.

Up in the stands mum, dad, sisters and babies... Ivan.....

I'll be absolutely amazed and I guess disappointed if she did go... cos it could be for nothing but money. The side is so gutsy.. a mob no-one tipped for finals action... a group of "no namers".. but their committment is exceptional. An awesome effort tonight by Foley and Gahan... and a Captain that was not going to lose.

This side is as good as any.. so as I said before.. if Erin leaves it must purely be for cash.

I really cant see she wont. I said she would only leave for cash... but from what I know and see I doubt there is enough $$'s to buy her heart.

She is one loyal chick.

I send loads of get better soon wishes... and hopefully the girls can get over the line next week V the Caps and keep all their seasons alive.

Who didn't tip the Lightning to be contenders this season? Nearly everyone I talked to said they were one of the favourites?
