Mildura OUT of the SEABL
Mail is the club finally stopped borrowing money from local businessmen and the league.
Can anyone confirm any fact on this?

SEABL issued a release a couple of weeks ago saying that the Mavs had been suspended for 2007 and were always welcome back in 2008 (should they be financial one would suggest).
Losing major sponsor Qantas Link was never going to help Milduras cause.
The Mildura Association which had no formal links to the Mavs have entered a team in the Big V's div 1 saying they expect to be playing with an import and they are going to be playing under the Heat nickname.
Adelaide ABA / SEABL what's the diff - they still don't have any money

(#116937), you're right.
All of Mildura's junior teams have been stripped of their Mavericks name and will either be known as the 'Heat' or 'Fire'
welll done bob this will work out better for Mildura Basketball
They must have money if they can afford Matt Gange!
