Is it true vics and nsw send their top country players to PM.? (ie U15 and U17 ages). I think the Albury carnival is U14,U16,U18?? Is this right?

17 Boys beat Vic Country by 7 yesterday to go top in their pool. Virtually all the same players from both teams that were in the bronze medal playoff at 16 Nationals last year where the Vics won by 25. So our boys have made a big turn around.
