All NBL Teams Announced

All-NBL First Team
Ebi Ere (Brisbane)
Chris Anstey (Melbourne)
Mark Worthington (Sydney)
Kirk Penney (New Zealand)
Shawn Redhage (Perth)

All-NBL Second Team
Nathan Jawai (Cairns)
Adam Ballinger (Adelaide)
Corey Williams (Townsville)
CJ Bruton (Brisbane)
James Harvey (Gold Coast)

All-NBL Third Team
Kavossy Franklin (Wollongong)
Paul Rogers (Perth)
Julius Hodge (Adelaide)
Dontaye Draper (Sydney)
Darnell Hinson (West Sydney)

I personally cant belive ballinger was overlooked from the 1st team. Also thought Franklin would at least be 2nd.

Completely agree with you Skip...

No direspect to Worthington who's had a great season, but Ballinger should be ahead of him in my opinion.

Also I thought Kavossy would be in team 2 at the very least!

Although I do think Penney is very worthy of his 1st team selection. He's been outstanding on a very much improved team.

Ballinger should have been in first team at expense of Worthington. I'm pretty much happy with the remaining selections.

Seems right to me. Crowe was unlucky to miss out.

I found it interesting that Ebe got one more vote than Chris but the MVP voting was abit more lob sided towards Chris with Chris getting 16 more votes.

Worthington actually was thrid overall. While Ballinger tied with Jawai.

As good as Ballinger was though, he put those numbers up on one of the worst teams in the league. Worthington was the best player on the best team in the league.

how can ballinger finish 3rd in mvp voting and not make the first team?

Easily explained: different voting systems, plus votes needed to account for positions (inside and outside players). He finished fourth, not third, in MVP voting, and equal sixth here so the disparity isn't that outrageous.

Are you guys serious, Wortho is a first team selection ahead of Ballinger any day of the week. He topped scored in the top team in the league, who tomorrow night will likely become NBL Champions due to Melb choking in game 4.

If those three teams played a game of 5 on 5 which team would win???

I actually rate the second team over the first team.
